BOARDING TIMES

PLEASE NOTE: Your booking time helps us manage the flow of the day, but it isn’t a precise boarding time. We always try to stay on schedule, although things can occasionally run slightly behind if we need to assist other customers or support families who need a little extra time or assistance to board the train. If you arrive around 15 to 20 minutes before your slot, our team will bring you through as soon as your carriage is ready.

CHRISTMAS 2025!

All aboard at our station platform, where you begin your magical ride through the reindeer forest! You may even be lucky enough to see Santa’s reindeer resting before they take flight on Christmas Eve.

You’ll continue your magical ride through the Wonderland where you will see some familiar Christmas favourites, en route to Santa’s magical Ice Kingdom where Santa will greet you alongside your carriage.

Remaining in your carriage you finally visit the Elves toy shop where you finish your ride and choose your Christmas gift with love from Santa.

PRE-BOOK TICKETS (Simple, fast and hassle-free)

The above Children ticket price includes your choice of present from Santa’s toyshop.

*ADDITIONAL ASSISTANCE – Please mention when booking if you require Additional Assistance for your visit. There will be a section for this during the booking process.

Babies in arms (under 12 months) can ride for free on the lap of a parent but must have an accompanying child in the booking. Under 12 months free ticket will not receive a toy. There must be a child ticket purchased in every booking.

What is Christmas Wonderland?

Christmas Wonderland is a Christmas spectacular event for all the family.

Can you purchase tickets on the day?

This year, we will be operating on a 100% pre-booked basis. Tickets will no longer be available on the day. Please do not arrive without a pre-booked ticket as you are unlikely to gain entry to the event.

Do you provide Additional Assistance?

Additional assistance can be made available providing we have been made aware of your requirement prior to arrival. If you or anyone in your group would benefit from extra assistance during your visit, just drop us an email with your booking reference and dates. Not booked yet? Will my group be called through exactly at the time on my ticket?

Are pets allowed?

During the Christmas period Springtime becomes extremely busy, with lots of young children and families moving through the garden centre and Christmas Wonderland. For safety reasons we cannot allow pets anywhere on site during this time.

We are dog lovers ourselves, and well-behaved dogs are very welcome at Springtime for the rest of the year. They can return again once the January Sale has finished.

Guide dogs are of course welcome. Some parts of the attraction are not ideal for guide dogs, so wherever possible please get in touch with us before booking. We will be very happy to talk through your visit. We want to make sure everything runs smoothly for you.

Can I amend my ticket purchase?

All events are ticketed and are non-refundable, exchanges can only be processed up to 48 hours before your event day. To do this, you’ll need to access the bookings portal.

To access the portal, visit www.ticketsource.co.uk/my-bookings . Once you have entered your details, you will be sent a link to your email which will allow you access to the portal and process your exchange.

Will my group have to share a carriage with strangers?

No. Every family or group has their own private carriage for the entire ride. Our booking system is set up to keep carriages exclusive, so you can enjoy the experience together without being seated with anyone you do not know.

Why does it mention social distancing when I am trying to book tickets?

Our booking system uses ‘social distancing’ settings to make sure each family or group has their own carriage on the train. It is simply the easiest way for us to keep your carriage private, so you can enjoy the ride together without being seated with anyone else.

We have added extra trains throughout the day, so this does not reduce capacity or limit availability.

Please note that every booking must include at least one child ticket and one supervising adult ticket. Single tickets are not available on this attraction.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 15-20 mins before your allocated timeslot.

What should I wear?

While you will be inside for most of the event., part of our attraction is outside. We advise you to wrap up warm and dress accordingly.

Do you cater for all children?

Yes! From birth to older adults.

Safety At Christmas Wonderland?

The event’s location is CCTV managed and our staff are trained with the best security practices.

What does my Christmas Wonderland Ticket entitle me to?

Included in your ticket purchase is a journey on our “Santa Express’ train ride, a reindeer visit, and depending on your ticket selection a gift from our Santa’s Toy shop.

Do you allow dogs?

Guide dogs are allowed into the area but unfortunately are not allowed on the ‘Santa Express” train ride, reindeer attraction or Santa’s Toy shop.

What food facilities are available?

You are not allowed to bring your own food to the event; however, we do offer a variety of food and drink options on the day. Our team will help cater for your dietary requirements.

Are there accessible toilets?

Yes, our facility includes toilets, baby changing and disabled toilets on site.

Is there parking at Christmas Wonderland?

Yes! There is a free car park in front of the main entrance. When the event gets busier, we have an overflow car park 300 yards from the event.

Additional Assistance on Standard Tickets?

If you require additional assistance, please purchase a standard ticket and mention this when booking via the section provided.
